Job summary

Powerleague in Cardiff is seeking friendly and energetic Part Time Team Members to help deliver great experiences at our football venues. You’ll welcome players, support match nights and events, and serve customers across reception, bar, and pitch-side areas.

No prior sports industry experience is required, but great customer service, a positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible early mornings, evenings and weekends will help you shine. Join a lively team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, active environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
• Support match nights, social events and club activities
• Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch- side
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well- organised
• Help run leagues and pith bookings smoothly
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service

What You Bring to the Squad:

• A people- person with great communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
• Previous experience in customer service - hospitality, leisure or sport is great - but not essential
