Job summary

The Breakfast Group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead guest experience, handle complaints, and manage atmosphere across Laki Kane and FAM Bar in Central London.

You will ensure licensing, food hygiene and health and safety compliance, support business strategies, and drive exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
