Job summary

Drake & Morgan is seeking a Duty Manager for its London venues. You will lead a high-volume bar/restaurant operation, manage stock, budgeting, and team development, while ensuring guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role offers training, progression, and a vibrant team culture in a lively hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar management in high-volume venues.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stock, budgets and staff.
• Knowledge of licensing legislation and compliance.

• Ensure licensing compliance and legal responsibility for the venue.

• Open and close shifts – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Ideally you will have similar bar management experience and background within high-profile, high-volume bars & restaurants, passionate about hospitality, and obsessively detailed about little touches, demanding the very best from yourself and your team, you will also be a tip top mixologist, who can inspire the team & guests alike.

• Stock control, ordering of products, GP and labour control within a high volume, multiple bar operation.
• Training and development plays a key part in the role of a D&M duty manager, recruiting, training and motivating your team are at the centre of your universe.
• We know it's not the reason you became a Duty Manager but keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the venue isvital
• Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow
