Job summary

SSP at Cheltenham Station Starbucks & Gloucester Station Cafe Local is seeking a Duty Manager to own opening, closing and daily operations, solving problems on the fly.

You'll lead a busy team, drive great customer service, and be the go‑to person for customers and colleagues. The role supports a fast-paced hospitality environment with flexible weekday/weekend shifts and holiday coverage, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks or work on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go‑to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.

DUTY MANAGER – CHELTENHAM STATION STARBUKCS & GLOUCESTER STATION CAFE LOCAL

Rate of pay: £13.61 per hour

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available

Operating Hours are 5:30am to 8:00pm. Working flexibly on weekdays, weekends, Bank and public holidays.
