Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is hiring a Duty Manager for Millie’s Cookies at Bluewater Shopping Centre. You will take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations, lead busy shifts, and ensure high-energy service across a fast-paced environment.

You’ll inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries, staying focused on performance and improvements. A 30-hour full-time schedule with varied weekday/weekend shifts is available.

Qualifications

• Hospitality moves fast and you love leading people.
• 18+ years of age for certain shifts and tasks.
• Previous leadership experience in busy hospitality or retail is ideal.

DUTY MANAGER – MILLIE'S COOKIES, BLUEWATER SHOPPING CENTRE

Rate of pay: £13.61 per hour

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available

Hours of operation are 7:00am to 10:00pm. Working flexibly on weekdays, weekends, Bank and public holidays.

Work with iconic brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog in some of the busiest locations across the UK & Ireland. No two days are the same - lead your team, deliver great service, and be part of the energy!

About You

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

About The Duty Manager Role

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.
