Job summary

SSP is hiring a Duty Manager for Burger King at Sheffield Station. The role is full-time (30 hours) with shifts starting as early as 6am and running into late hours, across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

You will lead a team, deliver great service, and be the point of contact for customer and staff queries. Salary is paid at £13.61 per hour with perks including discounted meals, employee discounts, and access to training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations.
• Lead your team through busy shifts with high energy.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Resolve problems on the fly in a fast-paced setting.

DUTY MANAGER - SHEFFIELD STATION, BURGER KING

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 6am and 12:30am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.

• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.
