What you'll do

As Duty Manager, you'll love
what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

• You will be reporting to the
  Reception Manager and will be responsible guiding and inspiring the Host team
  to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will have experience
  working in boutique hotels, delivering unique, tailored and personalised
  experiences to guest’s concierge services, therefore you will have the ultimate
  London knowledge and well-established relationships that will offer our guests
  the very best of what should have their notice.
