Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Duty Manager for The Crown, part of Vintage Inns, in Bransgore, BH23. The role offers a competitive salary plus live-in accommodation and full-time permanent hours. Flexible shifts provide balance with personal commitments.

You will support the General Manager, lead your team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service, and help drive guest satisfaction and business targets within a warm, welcoming pub environment.

As Duty Manager at the Crown, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
