Job summary

SSP Group plc at Stansted Airport is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hospitality operations across busy shifts, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.

The role involves opening/closing duties, problem-solving on the fly, and guiding a team to ensure smooth daily operations while keeping guest satisfaction at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead the team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire the team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail role is preferred.

Job description

DUTY MANAGER - STANSTED AIRPORT, BOTTEGA

Pay Rate: £14.31 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour, for hours worked between midnight and 6am.

We have Full Time(30-40hrs)roles available.

Hours of operation are 3am and 11 pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
