Job summary

Workday, including Sana (now a part of Workday), seeks a Go-To-Market Associate to drive pipeline generation and shape our market approach for global scale. You will engage with enterprise clients, collaborate with leadership, and help refine our GTM motions to unlock high-value opportunities.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment, partnering with teams across multiple regions and languages, including Dutch and English, to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, go-to-market, or business development.
• Fluency in Dutch with professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in pipeline generation, client outreach, or lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive Pipeline Generation: act as the initial point of contact for prospective enterprise clients, executing lead generation and high-value deal sourcing.
• Execute Market Strategy: assess markets to identify emerging trends and opportunities for Sana's AI solutions to add value.
• Shape the GTM Motion: refine outreach blueprints, tools, and methodologies for global scaling.
• Build Relationships: develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders to translate insights into revenue.
