Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking multiple Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a temporary 2–3 week assignment at Canary Wharf, London. The position requires native or fluent Dutch, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within regulatory recall procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer care, preferably in regulated sectors.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from Dutch-speaking consumers.
• Provide clear, accurate guidance tailored to individual needs.
• Log and process cases in the case management system.
• Arrange sample returns and resolutions per recall policies.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while owning the consumer journey.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure compliance and accurate information dissemination.
