Qualifications

• Fluent French and Dutch required (essential).
• Effective communication with diverse consumers.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Finnish and Swedish.
• Ability to own customer journey and resolve cases with personalised solutions.
• Experience in customer care, preferably in the food industry.
• Interest in food and foods for medical purposes.
• IT skills: Google Suite and Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Benelux consumers across all channels.
• Handle queries and complaints about client products.
• Respond empathetically and professionally in French and Dutch.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
