Sabio Group is seeking a passionate Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in the UK. You will identify and engage potential clients through lead generation, outbound calls, and marketing campaigns, while collaborating with sales and marketing to drive growth across Financial Services and Retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency is essential and will involve frequent communication with stakeholders in The Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in sales, business development or lead generation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through various lead generation techniques, including marketing campaigns and outbound calls.
• Research prospects and gather information on needs, challenges, and decision-makers, focusing on large UK-based companies in Financial Service and Retail.
• Qualify leads and categorize them based on predefined criteria.
• Build and nurture relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team and ensure information is passed along to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports to sales and management teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
