TeamJobs is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Bournemouth. This hybrid role focuses on engaging Benelux businesses for a major global technology brand, with full training and strong progression opportunities.

You'll handle B2B inbound/outbound prospecting, research leads, and book discovery meetings while building relationships and handing qualified opportunities to Account Managers. OTE up to £39,000.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch language skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Confident, professional communication.
• Interest in technology sales with full training.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Previous sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• B2B inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Researching potential customers across the Benelux market.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identifying business challenges and potential sales opportunities.
• Qualifying prospects and booking discovery meetings.
• Building and nurturing relationships.
• Providing a warm handover of qualified opportunities to Account Managers.
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining an accurate pipeline.
• Working towards individual and team KPIs.
