Algolia is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Global xDR team. You will drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound and timely inbound engagement, collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to fuel account-based growth.

A growth mindset and strong communication skills are essential to success. You’ll engage target accounts with multi-channel outreach, qualify high-intent inquiries, and help advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages a plus).
• Experience in business development, sales development, lead generation or a SaaS role.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding goals and quotas.
• Strong prospecting, communication and relationship-building across channels.
• Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting for target accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and coordinated outreach.
• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers with sales intelligence tools.
• Create multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, video.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and convert into sales opportunities; prioritize with buying signals.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and other tools.
