Job summary

Algolia is seeking a Business Development Representative (Dutch Speaker) in London to drive pipeline growth through targeted outbound prospecting and timely engagement of inbound opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to build qualified pipelines and accelerate buyer engagement.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, SaaS experience, and a proven track record in meeting goals.

Qualifications

Experience in business development or customer-facing SaaS roles.
Track record of achieving goals or quotas.
Strong prospecting and communication skills across channels.
Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting into target accounts.
Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and outreach plans.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
Create multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, video.
Qualify and manage high-intent inbound inquiries and convert to opportunities.
Maintain activity and pipeline in Salesforce and other sales tools.
Collaborate with Marketing, ABM, Demand Gen, and Partner teams.
Support field marketing events and webinars.
Share best practices and participate in sales enablement.
