Job summary

Lucion is seeking a Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas, joining the Hazardous Materials team. You’ll identify asbestos risks on sites, perform air monitoring and 4-stage clearances, and produce defensible reports with practical advice.

You’ll travel between sites, work independently yet as part of a supportive team, and adhere to HSG248/HSG264. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified in P402, P403 and/or P404, or RSPH equivalent.
• Comfortable with HSG248 and HSG264 guidance.
• Sound technical judgement and asbestos experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and air tests on sites across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys and 4-stage clearances.
• Produce accurate, defensible reports and advise clients on asbestos risks.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and team to ensure compliance.
• Travel between sites; maintain up-to-date QHSE paperwork.
