Lucion Group is seeking a Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our Hazardous Materials team. This field-based role is centred in the UK, with the Cardiff office supporting projects across the South-West and beyond.

You’ll deliver accurate surveys and analyses that help clients manage risk and ensure safety. Ideal candidates have BOHS P402/P403/P404 or RSPH certificates, knowledge of HSG248/HSG264, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Hold BOHS P402, P403 and/or P404, or a Certificate of Competence
• Knowledge of HSG248 (Analysts’ Guide) and HSG264 (The Survey Guide)
• Full UK manual driving licence, willing to travel and work flexibly

Responsibilities

• Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and inspection: management, refurbishment, demolition, and asbestos in the ground
• Undertake air monitoring and airborne fibre counting
• Inspect contractors’ remediation work and complete 4-stage clearance with sign-off of compliant works
• Collect accurate site data with a phablet, feeding reports via NexGen system
• Work in line with asbestos legislation and guidance (HSG248, HSG264)
• Maintain QHSE documentation and internal assurance processes
• Provide professional, client-facing service with clear, specialist advice
• Deliver trusted technical work with high standards and no corners cut
