Agincare in the North East is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee opening two brand new children's residential homes in Redcar and Cleveland. You will lead the start-up phase, develop care practices, and ensure safe, compliant operations from day one.

The role requires Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), at least 3 years in children's residential care with managerial experience, and a strong focus on safeguarding and Ofsted readiness.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in childrens residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and awareness of Ofsted regulations and related legislation.
