Agincare is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to lead two brand new children's residential homes in Redcar and Cleveland. You will shape service development, build positive team cultures, and ensure outstanding care practices to prepare the homes for registration and inspections.

You will oversee day-to-day operations across both homes, lead skilled teams, and drive compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation, delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young

Qualificações

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in children's residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and relevant legislation in children's services.
• Experience leading Ofsted home inspections.
