Job summary

Agincare Childrens' Services in Redcar and Cleveland is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two brand new children’s residential homes, guiding service development from day one. You will lead and support dedicated teams, establish safe, positive cultures, and ensure outstanding care while securing registration and Ofsted inspection readiness.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, plus at least three years’ managerial experience in

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and relevant legislation in children’s services.
• Experience in planning and implementing care plans and maintaining documentation to a high standard per Regulations.
• Experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities who may display complex behaviours.
• Experience leading Ofsted home inspections.
