Achieve together is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver person-centred support that helps people we support live healthy, happy lives.

You will manage finances, training and relationships with stakeholders, driving service improvements in a supportive environment offering progression and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW standards.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery.
