Lancashire County Council is recruiting a dynamic Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead two residential homes in Lytham. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor two teams of carers with four deputy managers.

The role requires QCF5/NVQ5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent, a driving license, and at least 3 years in management of a Children's Home. Salary £51,356–£55,612 per annum, 37 hours, permanent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the management of a Children's Home.
• QCF5 or NVQ5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of two Children’s Homes, ensuring smooth, compliant running.
• Lead and mentor two teams of Residential Childcare Workers, supported by four Deputy Managers.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and standards and drive high performance.
