Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Dual Registered Manager for two solo EBD children’s homes in Southport. You will provide strong leadership across both homes to deliver child-centred care and maintain high safeguarding standards.

You'll lead, support and develop staff, ensure Ofsted compliance, monitor care plans and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement while working closely with families and social care colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Proven ability to manage two homes / dual registration.
• Strong knowledge of EBD and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership across both homes.
• Ensure high-quality, child-centred care.
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision and development.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance.
