Edgewell Personal Care seeks a commercially driven Digital Trading Manager to own performance across our direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. You will shape trading strategy, optimise the online journey and turn insights into action, collaborating with marketing, brand, product, IT and agencies to accelerate sustainable revenue growth.

Qualificações

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to target revenue and KPIs.
• Data-led approach translating insights into practical trading actions.
• Hands-on experience using Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform.
• Experience managing external agencies and third-party partners.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for calendars, campaigns and priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in personal care, DTC brands and evolving consumer behaviours.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive digital trading performance across the DTC eCommerce site.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth through structured trading plans, campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Plan and execute the end‑to‑end trading calendar, including product launches and promotions.
• Analyse trading and customer performance data and translate insights into improvements.
• Partner with marketing, brand, product and IT teams for aligned execution.
• Manage external agencies supporting digital marketing, site maintenance and platform upgrades.
• Oversee onsite merchandising, product visibility and the digital customer experience.
• Support improvements to site functionality and trading capability through collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
