Job summary

Tagged Resources Ltd. seeks an Ecommerce Manager to own the end-to-end DTC channel for four brands across multiple currencies. You will lead onsite merchandising, CRO roadmaps, and product data quality while coordinating with Marketing and Merchandising on campaigns and drops.

Delivery focused with strong analytics, ownership of targets (conversion, margin, AOV, revenue), and proven line management. This is a senior, hands-on role based in Manchester with global e-commerce responsibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable ownership of ecommerce performance against targets - conversion, margin, AOV and revenue in a product-led business.
• Proven line management experience: at least one direct report, with evidence of developing people.
• Hands-on Shopify experience, including merchandising, product data and app ecosystem.
• Confident with analytics - GA4 or equivalent, and able to turn data into decisions.
• Strong commercial numeracy; able to interrogate and defend channel numbers.
• Experience working with merchandising/buying functions, stock, availability and markdown.
• Credible and clear with senior stakeholders; able to hold position under challenge.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite merchandising across every brand site: category/collection curation, search/nav, sort logic, cross-sell and PDP quality.
• Own the CRO and site merchandising roadmap with test design, measurement and rollout decisions.
• Own product data quality end to end and processes across multiple brands.
• Manage onsite content and campaign calendar with Marketing for commercial priorities.
• Own the launch process for new season/product/activity onsite, including drops and limited releases.
• Maintain distinct commercial propositions for each brand rather than one template.
