Job summary

Blu Digital is seeking a Head of Digital to lead its ecommerce function, delivering accelerated revenue growth and an exceptional customer experience across the UK and international markets. You’ll own the DTC P&L, oversee ecommerce trading, paid media, CRM, CRO and analytics, and work with marketing, operations and finance to create annual growth plans, manage budgets and forecast performance.

The ideal candidate has premium brand experience with a proven track record of profitable DTC growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading ecommerce for premium consumer brands.
• Track record of profitable direct-to-consumer growth.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ecommerce function and DTC growth initiatives.
• Own the DTC P&L, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee ecommerce trading, paid media, CRM and CRO activities.
• Develop annual growth plans and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention and conversion.
• Build and develop the DTC team, optimise Shopify Plus, and drive personalisation and loyalty.
