Job summary

3Shape is seeking a Head of DSO, UK & Ireland, based in Reading. You will own the UK&I DSO growth strategy, lead a small commercial team and build partnerships with DSOs, dental groups and resellers across the region.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong enterprise sales experience, strategic planning, negotiation with C-suite stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Academy and Product to drive adoption and expansion of 3Shape's digital

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sales, business development or commercial leadership.
• Proven experience leading commercial teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience managing complex B2B/enterprise relationships; C-suite negotiations.
• 3+ years in dental/MedTech/healthcare tech or related industry.
• Experience with DSOs, dental groups or reseller networks.
• Understanding of digital dentistry, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM and subscription tech.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to lead UK&I DSO strategy and growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UK&I DSO strategy and annual growth plan.
• Lead two Key Account Managers and one Customer Success Manager.
• Build joint account plans with key resellers involved in DSO opportunities.
• Coordinate Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, Academy, Product and Operations teams around major DSO opportunities.
• Represent UK&I DSO priorities in European and Global forums.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and usage targets.
