Job summary

3Shape is seeking a Head of DSO for the UK & Ireland based in Reading. You will lead the UK&I DSO growth strategy, own revenue expansion, and drive strategic customer relationships with DSOs, including resellers and key accounts.

The role oversees two Key Account Managers and a Customer Success Manager, with responsibility for end-to-end commercial execution and adoption of 3Shape’s digital dentistry solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, enterprise or key account management, or commercial leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and develop commercial teams with clear accountability for results.
• Experience managing complex B2B and enterprise customers and negotiating high-value agreements.

Responsibilities

• DSO Strategy, Market Development & Account Management: define and execute UK&I DSO strategy, growth targets, segment priority accounts and cross-functional resources.
• Customer Success, Adoption, Marketing & Academy: drive adoption, monitor usage data, and collaborate on onboarding and education programmes to support DSO growth.
• People Leadership: set direction for the team, coach managers, review pipelines and share best practices across the organisation.
