Job summary

Raytheon UK in Winnersh, Wokingham, is seeking a Training Analyst to join the CMDC Training Design Team. You will analyse DSAT documentation data from courses and deliver compliant training needs evaluations to shape training solutions.

You’ll develop courseware through analysis, design, maintenance and production of DSAT documents and processes for military training, liaising with SMEs. The role supports a hybrid working pattern and a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in training analysis on significant training courses.
• Able to work autonomously and within a team.
• Knowledge of UK MoD DSAT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyse DSAT documentation data and deliver compliant training needs evaluations.
• Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance and production of DSAT documentation.
• Identify and articulate responses to new or changing training requirements.
• Define training solutions balancing time, cost and quality.
• Produce and update Training Design documents (FTS, TPS, TOs, WTS, RTGS).
• Carry out Knowledge, Skills and Attitude/Attribute (KSA) Analysis to reflect training needs.
• Interview subject matter experts to collate required data.
• Support environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
