Driver Link Training Ltd in Skelmersdale is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to manage bookings for Driver CPC, ADR and other driver training programmes. You will coordinate plans, schedule tests, maintain learner records and liaise with instructors, customers and learners to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, strong administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bookings for Driver CPC, ADR, TM CPC, and driver training courses.
• Coordinate training plans for C1, C, C+E, and D licence programmes.
• Schedule medicals, theory tests, practical training sessions, CPC modules, and driving tests.
• Maintain learner records and monitor candidate progress.
• Liaise with instructors, examiners, customers and learners for smooth delivery.
• Provide joining instructions, course information, and ongoing learner support.
• Process course registrations and certification requirements.
• Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Assist with compliance, audit preparation, and quality assurance processes.
• Support the management team with general administration and customer service duties.
