Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Driver Trainer to elevate the national driver training program and support the National Driver Academy. You will design inductions, practical sessions, and refresher trainings to ensure high standards across over 250 drivers.

You will work with Driver Managers, OEM partners and operations leaders to keep training up to date with new vehicles, technologies and customer requirements, promoting professional handovers and safety across the UK.

Qualifications

Experience delivering driver training or practical workforce development.
Strong understanding of safe driving practices and vehicle inspections.
Ability to coach people with different levels of experience.
Experience maintaining training records and using feedback to improve training.

Responsibilities

Lead the national driver training strategy and support the National Driver Academy.
Design inductions, practical training, refresher sessions and toolbox talks.
Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve driving standards and safety.
Collaborate with Driver Managers and Ops leadership to deliver sessions across the UK.
Develop clear guides, update training for new vehicles and OEM requirements.
