Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operational Trainer - Automotive (Driver Trainer) to lead the national driver training strategy and build the National Driver Academy. You will design inductions, practical sessions, refresher training and toolbox talks for a workforce of 250+ drivers across the UK.

You will collaborate with Driver Managers, OEM partners and account teams to keep training up to date with new vehicles, tech and customer requirements, delivering both in-person and remote learning and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering driver training in vehicle logistics, automotive or similar transport operation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to coach diverse levels of experience.
• Ability to create clear, accessible learning materials and run practical plus classroom sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver inductions, practical training, refresher sessions and toolbox talks.
• Develop and maintain the national driver training strategy and National Driver Academy.
• Coaching to improve driving standards, safety, and customer service; use of digital resources and remote learning.
