Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking a patient, friendly support worker to assist a young man in attending social events, clubs, and hobbies in the evenings and at weekends. Up to 15 hours per week, with Wednesday availability desirable.

You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle insured for business use. PVG check required; training will be provided. There may be daytime opportunities in the future.

• Assist a young man to attend social events/clubs and enjoy hobbies.
• Support daily activities to build confidence and life skills.
• Work mainly evenings and weekends, with potential daytime shifts in future.
