You will join a 2:1 staffing team to help the client live independently, attend appointments, and enjoy activities. A full UK driving licence and comfort with driving an automatic car are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide support 24 hours a day as part of a 2:1 staffing team.
• Be flexible with shift patterns and reliable to enable independent living for the person you support.
• Participate in learning and training to understand needs and goals.
• Assist with daily activities, transport to appointments and social activities.
• Maintain calm, patient, and positive attitudes during challenging moments.
