Job summary

Creative Support is seeking enthusiastic Relief Support Workers to join our Stockport team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, enabling participation in everyday life and local community activities.

A full, clean UK driving license is essential; a twelve-month care experience is required. We offer induction, weekly pay, flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, sleep-ins) and supportive management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of twelve months previous care experience is essential.
• Full local and corporate induction provided; weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other support needs.
• Engage with local Stockport communities and support everyday activities.
• Participate in all aspects of residents' daily lives.
