Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking a caring and reliable support worker to help a young woman live her best life in Edinburgh. Training and support are provided. You will assist with daily routines, take part in activities, and become a valued member of a small team dedicated to meaningful care.

Driving licence is essential with at least 1 year of driving experience on UK roads; shift patterns include early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Caring, patient and compassionate, with a can-do attitude.
Positive, reliable and keen to learn.
Good communicator; enjoys teamwork.
Organised and confident using basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

Support daily routines: cooking, household tasks and personal care.
Participate in activities like swimming, horse riding, arts & crafts, people watching and pipes and drums.
Be part of a small, helpful team and make a difference daily.
Build meaningful relationships and support independence.
