Job summary

CRP Group Global Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding of drivers nationwide. The role involves screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.

You will liaise with candidates, maintain records, and update internal systems while providing proactive administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in recruitment, HR or administration advantageous
• Comfortable carrying out checks and working with databases/systems
• Reliable and professional in busy environments

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment of drivers across the business
• Review and screen incoming CVs
• Contact and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Check candidate driving licence information with the DVLA
• Ensure driver information and records are accurate and up to date
• Complete Right to Work (RTW) checks
• Maintain recruitment records and update internal systems
• Provide general administrative support throughout the recruitment process
