Job summary

Winner Recruitment seeks an Onsite Coordinator to join a successful, award-winning team and oversee a key client contract. You will manage recruitment for drivers and warehouse staff, build strong client relationships, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met on site across client locations.

This role requires travel across the region, using forecasting and reporting tools, and maintaining compliant operations. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, with a proactive, results-focused

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships at multiple locations.
• Proven track record of managing teams to achieve KPIs and SLA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations, taking ownership of building effective client relationships and operational delivery
• Based on various clients' premises across your region - mileage will be reimbursed outside of your primary site location
• Overachieving KPIs and overseeing daily implementation of the operational plan
• Attend weekly meetings with key stakeholders within the client's leadership team to review performance and delivery
• Plan and organise the induction process for new starters including a meet and greet and issuing of welcome packs/uniforms
