Responsibilities

• Build day-to-day relationships with clients and understand operational needs.
• Manage high volumes of temporary/adi-hoc driver bookings with tight timeframes.
• Deliver high standard of customer service to clients and drivers; foster reliability and trust.
• Attend daily morning meetings to update on client requirements and priorities.
• Take ownership of driver availability and engagement; ensure drivers feel supported.
