Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a dedicated driving account manager for a multi-site client account, based in Crewe. The role focuses on fulfilling driver requirements and building campaigns to attract drivers nationwide.

You will nurture relationships with existing locations and develop new stakeholder connections to expand supply, while working within an established account team on a temporary basis with potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or transport is required.
• A driving licence is required to attend client meetings.
• Able to build strong positive relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and effective relationships with the client to strengthen the partnership.

• Plan labour to align with forecasts for recruitment requirements.
• Source and pre-screen candidates for temporary or permanent roles at client sites.
• Assist candidates through registrations, timesheets, holidays, etc.
• Ensure government guidelines compliance and maintain high advert quality.
• Maintain contact with candidates to maximise availability for work.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Do you love recruitment but don't like sales? We have an opportunity for a dedicated driving account manager to join an existing team working on a specific multi-site account within a well-established Recruitment Business on an initial temporary basi, withopportunities for a permanent position.

You will be focusing on fulfilling the clients' driver requirements and build campaigns to attract drivers across various locations nationally. You will build relationships within the existing locations to strengthen the partnership whilst developing new stakeholder relationships to expand the supply.

This exciting position is based in our Crewe Office and will be working within an established account team for one of our major client accounts.

Day to Day Duties will include:

• Build strong and effective relationships with the client to strengthen the partnership
• Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external driving recruitment market
• Qualify candidates and onboard any new clients
• Plan labour tin line with forecasts for future recruitment requirements
• Source and pre-screen quality candidates to place into temporary or permanent roles within our clients' sites
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process, helping with registrations, ensuring time sheets are completed, monitoring holidays etc.
• Ensuring compliance is up to date in line with government guidelines
• Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that adverts during recruitment process are of a high standard.
• Actively keep in contact with candidates to maintain strong relationship, and maximise their availability for work
• Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times
