Job summary

Veolia Group in Wembley, London is hiring a driver to collect waste from planned locations, move containers, and keep paperwork up to date in the onboard system. You will also perform daily vehicle checks and follow traffic rules.

Essential: Class 2 (Cat C) licence and up-to-date CPC Digi/Tachograph card; desirable: prior waste-management experience. Veolia offers 22 days of annual leave, a pension scheme, early access to earned pay, and various wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Essential: Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Up to date CPC Digi / Tachograph Card.
• Desirable: Previous experience in Waste Management.

Responsibilities

• Driving to planned collection locations and moving / emptying multiple commercial waste containers.
• Ensuring all information is input into the onboard system and all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily.
• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per driver operator handbook.
• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including weight of loads.
