Job summary

BCA is seeking a developmental leader to coach and upskill the Logistics and Inspection teams as part of a major growth phase. You will help shape capability, deliver targeted training, and monitor progress against learning plans, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and compliance.

You will act as a role model for BCAL values, support leadership, and respond flexibly to business needs while ensuring effective execution of daily tasks and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in identifying strengths and challenges within the department, assisting with coaching and development.
• Assist with training for new colleagues on EOC processes and monitor progress through the skills matrix.
• Review trainee progress with managers and develop individual learning plans through to completion.
• Manage escalations and provide day-to-day workload management to ensure effective service delivery.
