Job summary

HIVED in London is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep drivers at the centre of our on-site last-mile operation. You will manage day-to-day driver teams, support scheduling, drive KPIs, and ensure high delivery performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 4-on/3-off shift pattern with weekend work, on-site collaboration with the operations team, and opportunities to advance within a rapidly growing climate-tech logistics startup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to managing and developing team members.
• Experience in logistics or last-mile operations preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven capability to use data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned driver team.
• Champion initiatives that improve driver experience and retention.
• Act as primary point of contact for driver inquiries and support.
• Ensure driver compliance with HIVED requirements and expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to sustain driver excellence via check-ins and ride-alongs.
