Qualificações

• Achieve daily business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned driver team.
• Provide comprehensive driver support including scheduling and process implementation.
• Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and retention.
• Oversee all aspects of the assigned driver team and act as the main driver contact at HIVED.
• Ensure driver compliance with HIVED requirements and expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure driver excellence via check‑ins and ride‑alongs.

Role Overview

The Driver Operations Coordinator is the unique point of contact with drivers. This role is integral to ensuring HIVED maintains drivers at the centre of our operation whilst maintaining high delivery performance & quality. This is an on‑site role embedded in the day‑to‑day operations with a 4 days on – 3 days off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving daily business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned driver team.
• Accountable for comprehensive driver support, including scheduling, process implementation, and addressing on‑the‑road queries.
• Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and promote retention.
• Oversight of all aspects of assigned driver team, serving as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries and support at HIVED.
• Ensure driver compliance with HIVED’s requirements and expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure driver excellence via check‑ins and ride‑alongs.

Requirements

We are seeking an engaging and approachable Driver Operations Coordinator who excels at building and maintaining positive relationships with drivers and stakeholders, with strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.

• 1–3 years of related working experience with logistics/last‑mile preference.
• Possesses a hands‑on approach to managing and developing team members.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Capable of rapid decision‑making and efficient problem resolution.
• Ability to leverage available resources effectively and efficiently.
• Experience leveraging data for effective decision‑making.
• Demonstrates exceptional resilience and professionalism when confronted with difficult situations, maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
