HIVED in London is seeking a Driver Operations Coordinator to align driver teams with delivery targets and customer promises. You will be the day-to-day contact for drivers, shaping a positive experience while maintaining service quality.

The role is on-site with a 4-days-on/3-days-off pattern, offering strong progression in a fast-growing climate-tech logistics startup and exposure to data-driven decision making, driver compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related working experience with logistics/last-mile
• Hands-on approach to managing and developing team members
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Capable of rapid decision-making and efficient problem resolution
• Ability to leverage available resources effectively and efficiently
• Experience leveraging data for effective decision-making
• Demonstrates resilience and professionalism in difficult situations
• Valid UK driving license required

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned driver team.
• Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and retention.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned driver team; primary point of contact for driver inquiries and support.
• Ensure driver compliance with HIVED’s requirements and expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure driver excellence via check-ins and ride-alongs.
