Job summary

Laundryheap is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to strengthen and grow our UK delivery network. You will own the driver journey from onboarding to performance improvement, while coordinating with vendors and supporting London e-bike operations.

You’ll work across people, logistics and data to reduce delays, improve retention and scale operations. A strong focus on data, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or last-mile delivery.
• Experience with self-employed, contractor or gig workforce.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards experience.
• Experience working with external vendors and supporting negotiations around rates or SLAs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Nice-to-have: experience with e-bikes or micro-mobility logistics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of driver partners across the UK.
• Oversee onboarding calls and document verification for driver partners.
• Monitor driver performance, engagement and retention across the network.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate capacity for B2B projects.
• Support London e-bike operations and related vendor training.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Product and Finance to keep deliveries running smoothly.
• Resolve driver incidents and escalations and assist with payments and queries.
