Job summary

Elysium Healthcare, based at St Mary's Hospital in Warrington, invites applications for a Driver & Maintenance Assistant. You will ensure buildings, facilities and equipment are maintained, drive staff and service users to local destinations, and support upkeep with contractors.

A UK driving licence and maintenance experience are essential, with training provided to contribute to a safe, caring environment.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring service, buildings, facilities and equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.
• Drive staff and service users to local destinations.
• Liaise with contractors and support upkeep of the service.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance and report faults.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergency maintenance.
• Keep vehicles clean and monitor vehicle maintenance.
