DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver to join our team in Runcorn. You will deliver Next Home furnishings in a two-person team, ensuring safe handling and on-time delivery with excellent customer service.

You will need a valid HGV license, Driver CPC, and a Digital Tachograph Card. Experience in home delivery is desirable, with a 6-month Class 2 background preferred. This is a permanent full-time role with strong benefits and pension support.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Next Home furnishings as part of a two-person team to customers' homes.
• Safely handle and deliver heavy items (5kg–120kg) while providing excellent service.
• Complete 20–30 deliveries per day depending on route and customer requirements.
• Perform vehicle checks and follow health and safety procedures throughout the day.

We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to

Play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering Next Home furnishings safely and on time while providing an exceptional customer experience.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Working as part of a two-person delivery team, delivering Next Home furnishings directly to customers' homes.


• Safely handling and delivering large items ranging from 5kg to 120kg while providing excellent customer service.


• Completing between 20 and 30 deliveries per day, depending on route and customer requirements.


• Conducting vehicle checks and following all health and safety procedures throughout the working day.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid HGV driving licence, Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.


• Enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and acting as the face of DHL and Next in customers' homes.


• Have home delivery experience, although this is desirable rather than essential.


• Are comfortable with physical work, including the safe handling of large and heavy items.


• Have 6 months Class 2 experience (Desirable)
