Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Field Service Technician/Technical Services Representative to install, service and repair soft drinks dispensing equipment at customer sites across Manchester. A driving licence is essential, with full training provided for relevant equipment.

You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, educate customers on operation and safety, and maintain service records while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Previous experience with drink dispense equipment or similar technical/mechanical equipment is desirable; full training provided.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Manchester.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
• Provide technical advice and support to maximise equipment uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing an excellent service experience.
